The Welcome Home Program provides individuals diagnosed with Autism, Asperger’s or FASD the opportunity to live independently with supports.  Living situations are varied and unique and  include:

• living within a family home,
• living within a suite in the home

Caregivers provide a supportive environment to assist the individual in their personal growth including health care, community involvement, communication and goal setting.
