What type of home is needed?

Individuals live in a variety of settings including shared space in the family home or a self contained suite in the home.

What type of supports do I have to provide?

Home Share caregivers provide a supportive environment to assist the individual in their personal growth including personal health care, community involvement, communication and goal setting.

What is the process to become a Home Share Provider?

With the assistance of a Home Share Coordinator, the following information is compiled: an application form, medical note from your doctor, criminal record check, safety inspection, and personal reference checks.

How am I paid?

As an individual contractor, you are paid monthly by our agency.
