This program is designed to provide families with the help they need to create a healthy home environment for their children. Services are offered in a flexible manner, dependant on client need and may include transportation, access at various locations in the community for the convenience of the family, and flexible service times. The desired outcomes are that families and at-risk children and youth will be supported within their community, and that families receive local service to strengthen and empower them to care for their children.
