This Program supports vulnerable families who live in either Sooke or West Shore, and who have been identified by community partners, including MCFD, as needing support.

It is a voluntary service that assists the family in strengthening their positive interaction toward a healthy home environment. The Family Support Worker offers individual parent support, parenting education and assists in referrals to community resources that aid the family in reaching their goals.
