Caring for Community Counselling Program
Our Caring For Community counselling program is founded on the belief that counselling should be accessible to all regardless of income level.
Individuals: Holistic and evidence-based approaches to help individuals to manage various life challenges.
Couples: Learn specific tools to deepen intimacy and develop healthy ways to navigate conflict.
Families: Find solutions that work for each family member through a process of connection and exploration.

I am Thomas, a Registered and Certified Clinical Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I bring experience supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other complex life circumstances.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and compassionate, creating a space where clients can feel supported, understood, and curious about their own experiences. My therapeutic approach draws from Jungian Analytical Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, with counselling tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Before becoming a counsellor, I served for eight years in the Royal Canadian Navy and later pursued education in Justice Studies and Counselling Psychology. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward meaningful change.
